POLICY
‍
• No deposit required for River’s Edge campers or their family/friends if the camper agrees to be responsible for damages or cleaning fees.If they do not agree, we will require a deposit upon arrival.  We can add to their account, but it has to be paid prior to getting keys.

Outside guests:
• Payment and refundable deposit collected upon arrival
• Deposit returned at checkout if cabin is clean and undamaged

We will honor all reservations that have already been made under previous pricing and terms.

Please note:
• Rates may vary during holidays
• Cardinal Cabin & Sugar Maple Cabin do not have indoor plumbing, but nearby bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities are just a short walk away
• Linens are required. Please bring your own twin-size bedding to help keep mattresses protected.
- Cardinal Cabin and Sugar Maple Cabin each include two twin beds.
- Black Bear Cabin includes one full-size bed, one futon that converts into a full-size bed, and a loft that accommodates a twin-size mattress.
