What is the seasonal rental rate?
If you pay for the 2025 season by December 31, 2024, the rate is $1,800. After this date, the rate increases to $2,000. You can split this into two payments: $1,050 due by March 1, 2025, and $1,050 by June 1, 2025.
For multiple spots, the rate is $1,900 per spot.
What does that include?
Full hookup, utilities
Do you allow monthly rentals?
Yes $750 per month
Do you allow weekly or nightly rentals?
Generally, no, but occasionally on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to inquire.
Do you sell propane?
Yes

Do you offer storage?
- Storage for the off-season (November to April) is $300 ($50/month) without electricity. It's safe, secure, and monitored daily.
- Storage with electricity is $450 ($75/month), allowing you to keep your RV charged but not actively live in it.
- For those actively living on-site during the off-season, it's $400/month plus the electric charge.
